Hi, my name is Kathyayini Pinnika. I am the founder of Kala the art and a teacher with the organization. I am a self taught artist from India who is passionate about teaching the youth and allowing them to embrace their identity through expressionism.

I am a dedicated artist whose love for art started at a very young age. Most of what I do revolves around bringing to life the emotional aspects of women in a modern, but traditional setting through the use of acrylics and sketching in a thought provoking, individualized manner.

My vision for Kala the Art is to share my artistic passion with future generations and encourage students to express themselves through their own artwork. My goal is to introduce students to a vibrant and imaginative world, building their confidence to use art as a tool for self-expression and ultimately develop their own creative style.
